Although technology can be a distraction while trying to finish an essay, there are smart ways to take advantage of its available resources. Below is a list of free apps that can assist in keeping your busy life together during college, reducing stress and improving your life!
Quizlet makes studying extremely easy. Students can create, share, and collaborate on digital flashcards. Splitting up flashcards with a classmate saves time and allows for the most effective studying.
Attending a university comes with the weight of student loans. Handshake allows students to easily search for jobs and internships. You can filter by location and type of job, which makes this app user friendly.
Paying expensive prices for textbooks breaks the bank! If you are a college student that wishes books were cheaper, Chegg is for you. With Chegg’s app, students can search textbooks to find the cheapest price.
Staying in shape can be a challenge in college. But balancing studying and exercise can be easier with My Fitness Pal. The app makes it easy to count calories and log exercise.
Bonus App: LifeSpace
I couldn’t resist sharing this app along with the other 4. LifeSpace Student Success app helps students organize their classes, track to-dos, enter notes and share “spaces” with classmates, friends and family. Download both the desktop and mobile versions to use in class on on the go.
Being a student is hard. Although it’s not easy to make time (or money) for everything you want in your life as a student, these apps can help.
