What area are you “making space” for?
“Over the last few years, I’ve been really against forming new friendships. I’ve been scorned in the past or been involved with people who’ve hurt me and taken advantage of me and tried to pass that off as friendship.
It’s important for me, however, to not allow myself to be closed off and guarded and let new people into my sphere.
For this reason, I’m making space for Friendships.”

Share your journey and why this is important to you
One of the most important things I’ve learned, especially as I’ve cut off ties with people and made space in my life for new people is that I can’t let the people from my past and the things that have happened to me stop me from allowing myself to befriend new people. Not everyone is out to get me and it’s not fun to be alone most of the time.

How would you like to inspire others?
I think I’d like to inspire people to look within themselves and to genuinely think about what they want out of life and who they want to share it with. Sure, going through life and accomplishing things alone is fine and dandy but being able to share it with other people is almost extraordinary.
