“I believe that it’s essential to be cautious about which thoughts you allow space in your head. This affects everything, even your day to day tasks. If you are struggling mentally, the rest of your body will struggle and you will not be able to put your best foot forward.”

Share your journey and why this is important to you
I reached a point where I could not find a reason to smile. Those who know me personally say I have a bubbly personality and love sharing a smile with anyone I come across. Work became so overwhelming that my attitude became negative, which prevented me from being able to move forward personally and professionally. Listen to yourself.
In today’s day and age, social media gives many people a voice. When you’re looking for answers to your problems, it can be quite stressful to hear some voices saying you need to go south and others saying you need to go north. How do you know which one to follow? This is where you need to check in with yourself. Once you have all the information, only you can decide on the best choice for yourself.
