Share your journey and why this is important to you
I reached a point where I could not find a reason to smile. Those who know me personally say I have a bubbly personality and love sharing a smile with anyone I come across. Work became so overwhelming that my attitude became negative, which prevented me from being able to move forward personally and professionally. Listen to yourself.
In today’s day and age, social media gives many people a voice. When you’re looking for answers to your problems, it can be quite stressful to hear some voices saying you need to go south and others saying you need to go north.
