In 2019, what area are you “making space” for?
“This year I’m Making Space to Chase a Dream”
Bryan Wilson, Director of CoachSimple.net and creator of The Genre Effect
Have you ever had an idea you thought was brilliant, yet never made the time to see it through? For me, there has been this idea rattling around inside my brain for 3+ years and in 2019 I am finally going to make space to chase a dream.
My dream is to take The Genre Effect, an idea I’ve been nurturing for years, and turn it into a television show that a provider like Netflix or Amazon would want to share with the world. Although my “dream” might sound silly to some, I don’t want to look back and wonder “what if?”
My main priorities will remain focused on family, friends and work, but with their support and the help of LifeSpace, I plan on allocating a few hours a week to “chase my dream” and bring Genre Effect to life.
Share your journey and why this is important to you
Ideas are like opinions, everyone has them. Rarely do we have the time, patience, and support to turn those wild ideas into a reality. It’s taken years of back burner thinking to allow myself the time to strategically focus on the Genre Effect and I couldn’t be more excited to say in 2019 I will make space to chase this dream.
How would you like to inspire others?
It’s amazing how we can find time in our day to scroll aimlessly through our social media accounts, yet can’t find the time to go to the gym, spend additional time with family, or in my case, turn a wild idea into a reality.
Regardless of where chasing my television show dream may lead, I hope others take the initiative to follow their passions and make space for what matters most to them – no matter how silly the idea may seem.
Regardless of how small, if your dreams can positively impact you, another person, or even the world, I highly encourage you to make space for your dreams and turn those ideas into reality.
How do you use LifeSpace to achieve your goals personally and professionally?
I have been using the LifeSpace Power Desktop for months and honestly can’t image not using it. I created a space called “Genre Effect” inside the platform to help prioritize, synchronize, organize, and collaborate – making chasing my dream possible.
With just a click of a button, I can access everything I need to focus on the Genre Effect on both my Macbook Pro and my iPhone. LifeSpace keeps me organized and focused on what matters most both professionally and personally.
