This year, what are you “making space” for?
“I’m making space to help others learn new habits & behaviors. We only get one life to live and I want to help others see that. I want to show them the path that they can do what I did.”Beth Coulson

Have you ever felt singled out by your weight before? Well let me tell you a little bit about myself. My name is Beth Ann and I am the owner of the business Fat2Tuff.
As a kid and teenager I myself got singled out for my weight. I went through most my life feeling like I didn’t belong and that my weight defined me. I recently lost my weight for a second time. I say second because I lost it the first time and then I went through a rough patch in my life.
No one is perfect. My “why” wasn’t good enough at the time but now it is. I have a beautiful 10-year-old son that looks up to me for everything. Now I encourage others to lose weight.
I have lost over 100 lbs twice, and I want to be able to show people everything I have been through and how I still came up on top. I’ve gone through weight gain, bad relationships, anxiety, depression, deaths, losing weight again, but am still going strong.

I would love to inspire others to make space for change in their lives because if they don’t then who will make space for them when everyone else is gone?
