I have been on and off of several different popular diets for most of my adult life. Some of them worked out for awhile, but I never achieved my weight loss goals or managed to even get down to a healthy weight and stay there. Since I started working with TK a few months ago, I’ve lost 15 pounds. The best part is that I’ve gained lean muscle and feel so much better than I did. There’s nothing complicated about TK’s advice. Everytime I meet with him I learn something new about nutrition and how different foods affect our bodies. I don’t feel like I’m on a diet – I’m not hungry and I eat all the time.
