Description:
My name is TK and I am a nutritional coach. Working together, we can design a customized nutritional program to achieve your health and fitness goals. Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle, reduce fat or just to feel better, my goal is help you discover the perfect balance between your food and exercise programs. Most importantly, you’ll never have to think about dieting again.
Coaching Style:
I don’t believe in dieting. Anytime you’re on a ‘diet’, you eventually have to end the diet and go back to the ‘real world’. Instead, I believe in helping people create sustainable changes in how they use & enjoy food in their lives. I have found slow changes over time will give you the long-lasting, maintainable results you are looking for. Every person is different and so there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach to nutrition. With me, you’ll learn a lot about food, but more importantly, you’ll learn to listen to your own body's internal signals to determine the best approach to nutrition for you and your goals.

My specialty is helping people lose weight, reduce body fat and improve their overall health. I have worked with all ages – from teens to seniors. My clients run the gamut from stay-at-home moms to constantly traveling executives.
